THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

For our Sales Technology department, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team consisting of salespeople, sales support, design, logistics, and production, where you together tackle customer requirements and expectations. The work involves a structured and close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

As a sales technician, you will play a key role in creating customized production setups that meet the customer's requirements for the product from a technical, logistical, quality, and commercial perspective. You will be the spider in the web responsible for quality assuring documentation and processes prior to quotes, preparation, and production. In this role, you will have contacts with people both internally and externally and will be regularly challenged by solving more or less complex issues.

The role reports to the head of the Sales Technology department. You can expect a manager who works with freedom under responsibility and a coaching approach. We offer great freedom to structure and plan your workday independently. Meeting customers from various segments makes your job varied, inspiring, and challenging.

PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a technical college degree or equivalent practical technical work experience. Furthermore, you have:

• Knowledge of manufacturing and processing.

• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Good IT skills.

• Experience in similar roles is an advantage.

• Knowledge of the IATF (Automotive) quality management system is an advantage.
